It's at downtown Rochester starting on East Avenue, going to Main Street and ending at Plymouth Avenue.
How long has the Parade been a tradition in Rochester?
In 2010, the St. Patrick's Day Parade is celebrating its 33rd year as a Rochester tradition.
Who organizes the Parade?
There is a devoted group of volunteers to the Rochester St. Patrick's Day Parade Committee. Anyone that is interested in joining us should call us at (585) 234-5167 or email us with email addresses located on the contact page.
How many people attend the Parade?
In 2009, there were approximately 120,000+ spectators at the Rochester St. Patrick's Day Parade.
Where can I park for the Parade?
Ample parking garages are located around the city, South Clinton, Main St, East Ave, and Woodbury, to name a few. There is also street parking available on most side streets.
PLEASE NOTE: The RPD typically blocks all traffic along the Parade route at about 11:30am.

The 2010 Rochester St. Patty's Day parade was awesome!!
This was our first time at the event and it was a blast!
The band sounded great, and this was such and encouraging step for the band,
and a great jumping off point for our new 2010 season!
A huge thank you to our core members
who came out for this event despite the wind and rain.
We are really looking forward to participating in this event again next year!
